Transitions from Winter

The Winter Season is fully upon us and we are called to take our lessons from Mother Nature. As the Season is not quite changing yet, but with Imbolc and Groundhogs day just behind us, we are starting to feel the “kick” from within to move from our sleepy dreamy rest time into a putting those dreams into a plan for manifestation. We now have the energy to really dive into that Yoga practice, to stay awake during our meditation time, to go for bundled walks and plan our adventures for the year. Let your body slowly begin to emerge from your hibernation. Take a long bath, get a massage, and enjoy your newly emerging body.
