9 – noon at Rome Grange

We are pleased to be continuing our series of Elemental Medicine workshops. These small sized workshops allow for a very hands-on learning and sharing environment. Each class will be held at mostly local outdoor locations. We will work with many different aspects of these powerful energies.

Ancient Wisdom & Folklore
Magic
Communication with Elemental Devas
Postural & Movement Guidance
Grounding In & Release
Healing strategies
Chanting & Toning
Breathwork

Workshop fee is $30 in advance, $35 at the workshop. Space is limited, please preregister. Bring a notebook, your journal, a water bottle, a cushion to sit on outside (meditation cushion in a garbage bag) and warm layers of clothing.
