I liked the variety of information that she shared with the class, i.e. historical, practical, energetic, body wisdom, etc. awesome span of knowledge that she had to share! I liked that the class was for real, with the trees, direct, and had room for personal experience. I really appreciated the symbolism of our bodies being like trees- roots, trunks and canopy and from that I have learned a new sense of my energy body being more connected to the trees.”
